Our Story

A Fundamental Problem

We founded LetsGo Labs in early March 2025 to build and experiment with bringing AI directly into the productivity tools that millions of people use everyday. We focus on providing a more natural experience, achieving a much deeper integration to bring users context directly from the software they are working with and collaborating with AI for content and visuals.

It occurred to us that there were two problems here that were not being addressed. First, businesses are struggling to see opportunities to use AI for anything other than cost cutting. Second, the chat-based interfaces that are universally used by AI tools externalize the act of creation to the AI itself, rather than maximizing the creativity of talented people with enormous expertise.

A Seamless Solution

Our solution is to build AI-enabled products that work collaboratively and creatively with users. We design pragmatic interfaces for AI that prioritize the users, and we’re always evolving those solutions as AI advances quickly.

We have grown accustomed to assessing software for what it does for us, rather than what we can do in concert with it. At LetsGo Labs, we firmly believe that collaboration with AI is more powerful than automation with AI. While we are constantly experimenting with new technologies, we’re always seeking to strike a balance that delivers a positive impact for people.
